Parental Alienation is a form of psychological abuse where one parent, commonly at the time of divorce, intentionally destroys the sacred parent/child relationship and bond. This causes the children, which includes teens and young adults, to suffer many psychological, emotional and physical problems and other harms.
This abuse, which is affecting millions of children and families in our society is destroying family values and the beautiful characters of these children. If this child abuse isn’t stopped, these children will continue this abuse as this is what they are being taught.

We will continue to have more and more people in our society act out in violent and other destructive ways since they have not been taught, kindness, compassion, respect and working things out in a peaceful, civil manner.

Due to divorce and the child abuse of parental alienation, many children are. not growing up to be emotionally healthy adults and are becoming a burden to our society.

Sara Hassman is the founder of Parental Alienation Solutions and is a leading Legal Advocate dedicated to Ending Child Abuse of Parental Alienation. She is working with Dr. Phil, many free online support groups and others trying to bring awareness and trying to change legislation which encourages this abuse.  Sara works in other venues too which support and assist in defeating Parental Alienation.

Since the Dr. Phil show aired on November 1st, Sara and Dr. Phil are working together to show the behaviors of those suffering from and those perpetuating the abuse of parental alienation. Dr. Phil has provided reunification therapy for Sara and her alienated daughter which will begin in March.

Following the therapy, there will be a 2^nd Dr. Phil show which will provide more information and show the characteristics of the children who have been alienated from their loving parent as well as the behaviors of the other family members.
