Closing Finding PEACE in the Broken PIECES

Greetings Everyone!

I am thrilled and humbled by the response received about April 2020 Finding PEACE in the Broken PIECES Project presented by And He Restoreth My Soul Project! I’m glad about the decision to tap into the Trauma that can and often is hidden in the broken pieces. It is somewhat different from the mainstream Sexual Assault Awareness Month April 2020, I Ask Campaign, but both hold a great message. Thank YOU for stoping by!

New Followers

Thanks to the new followers who joined during the campaign, and all of you who left responses or comments. ThankYOU!

The writers

I can’t thank the contributing writers enough. They penned their articles with words from their hearts. We had a gathering of writers from various organizations and individuals who gave a message about finding PEACE in our brokenness. Thank YOU!

As the campaign closes

I want to reiterate the A Prayer from the book -Thoughts In Solitude by Thomas Merton (1958)

“My Lord God, I have no idea where I am going. I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end. Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think I am following your will does not mean that I am actually doing so.

But I believe that my desire to please you does in fact please you. And I hope that I have that desire in all that I am doing. I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire. And I know that if I do this you will lead me by the right road though I may know nothing about it.

Therefore will I trust you always though I may seem to be lost and in the shadow of death. I will not fear, for you are ever with me, and you will never leave me to face my perils alone.”

I hope you find the support and comfort spoken through the prayers sprinkled throughout the project. Also, the invocation by Thomas Merton (which I never tire of) helpful to you as it is to me.

Thank you all for making this campaign a great success!

I Serve at the pleasure of God!
