Mr. Unexpected

The good, bad, and the ugly are traveling partners of Mr. Unexpected. They travel together and don’t care about whose life they will disrupt. It could be sweet or very bad and ugly; nevertheless, they are on a special mission. A mission to either encourage or discourage.

One of my favorite Bible verses is Romans 08:28-30 (NASB) New American Standard Bible

28 And we know that [a]God [b]causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. 29 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters; 30 and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.

I trust this verse; I trust God to do what he says He will do.

Getting to know other people who dealt with Mr. Unexpected

To have confidence and trust in God, we must know something about Him, and this is where we can learn from other people who have already faced and conquered Mr. Unexpected travelers. Examples of people we can learn from are Adam and Eve, Abraham, and Sarah, along with King David. These people grew and learned to have confidence and trust in God.

In the end

I like seeing a change in how I handle Mr. Unexpected and his travelers. Even if the change is small, it is still a change from where I was. If you want a better outcome when handling Mr. Unexpected, you must embrace the Good and conquer the Bad and Ugly.
